Exposure/Role
The IT Intern will be exposed to the Netcare time and attendance system (Kronos) and the functions and processes involved in managing employee hours across the group.
The intern will also be exposed to managing of help desk calls in line with policies and procedures of the company using Sigma.
Requiring logical thinking and basic arithmetic based around time displayed in hours and minutes, the intern will also gain knowledge on HR policies and guidelines to ensure the employees are working their contractual hours while the company is receiving the contractual hours worked.
