
We are looking to hire a Trainee HR Assistant for the Small Enterprise Foundation with the following:
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree in HR Management or equivalent
2. 1 – 2 Years’ experience in an Office Administrator
3. Good in MS Microsoft package
4. Basic Knowledge of VIP Payroll system

Responsibilities:
1. Compile and/or complete engagement and termination documentation for all employees
2. Maintaining of employee records i.e. accurate and timeous filing of salary Inputs, training, and other related documents
3. Handling staff queries on remuneration and benefits
4. Administration of study and personal loans
5. Maintaining of employee records i.e. accurate and timeous filing of salary Inputs, training, and other related documents
6. Monthly HR reports: headcount, staff movement, disciplinary actions, Staff Turnover, Head Count Reconciliation, KGA Life payment
7. Update employee files with relevant employee information on monthly basis.
8. Prepare information (groups and arrears) for DF and BM monthly and quarterly incentives.
9. Assist in the organising of staff functions (annual functions, workshops etc.) and prepare Certificates for Long Services
10. Perform any adhoc tasks as and when required
